This has really increased productivity in the office. The reports can be adjusted to whatever you need to be testing and measuring to help focus on the details.
I love how easily it integrates with my email and phone systems. When a client calls in, our phone system recognizes the phone number and pops up a new tab with the client information. It's SO nice!!
Sometimes getting through to customer service can be difficult, as we had some issues with pricing agreement.

Overall it is good. The customer service is great and they go out of their way to answer your question and to make sure you use the platform to your advantage. The online University is also helpful, it includes prerecorded video walkthroughs for different tasks. I used that quite a bit.
If you input the data right, I like how quick/easy it to generate forms in the future for projects or for requests from the customer.
Learning how to use the software for the first time. It took me a good 3-4 months before I really started to understand how to correctly use it.

Works well. Simple and easy to use. Easy to add agents and other users. Great for my accounting purposes.
Policy tracking and reminders
Can be a little glitchy at times. Set something up to save it come back latter to use and it is gone.

There's not a lot I can say that I don't like. I wish I could use it for other functions of my job. It's beneficial to have this program.
