I am only giving 4 stars for Features & Functionality as there is always room for improvement which Aplicor is always striving to achieve for individual customers and across the whole platform. I am only giving 9 out of 10 for a recommendation as this software might be too much for a small QuickBooks operation.
We transitioned from Netsuite to Aplicor in December, 2014 in a surprisingly short period of time.
The features and processes that Aplicor delivered beyond what Netsuite could offer, have resulted in a huge increase in our productivity. With the newly found efficiency, we have been able to increase our sales and marketing efforts by leaps and bounds.
Customer service at Aplicor is stellar.
The solution to handle the consignment portion of our business was a very simple solution that we have been seeking since I began working in the wine industry in 1987.
Speed. After working with Netsuite for 7+ years, there is no going back once we experienced what can be delivered with a cloud based solution. Queries and exporting records is beyond compare with Aplicor.
Custom reporting would be a nice addition. Query searches and Crystal reports can be a little clunky.
Aplicor likes to listen to questions which helps us all work more efficiently.

For the most part the people we have dealt with have tried to be accommodating. Unfortunately the software has many bugs and limitations.
The flexibility of the system. Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Accounting functions in general... very buggy
If you are looking for software for manufacturing I would suggest you look elsewhere. I don't know how it works for other industries, but for Manufacturing and basic Accounting functions and reporting capabilities it is extremely lacking.
Our company is unique in the fact that we do not have a tangible item to sale; we are more of a professional service firm. Therefore, it was imperative that the sales person listened to our needs to present the best features of the product. Aplicor listened to our needs and took the time to learn our business. The marketing automation was a must and I felt that this software represented the capabilities well.
Aplicor Suite is a sophisticated CRM solution which we haven been using for more than 3 months now. The best features are the real-time delivery, the possiblity to customize the software. Usability is quite good, Aplicor meets our expectation. I think this software is a good mixture between tradition CRM apps and Social CRM solutions.

The depth and detail of the platform is fairly complex but incredible. The only way we would have ever been able to understand and engage the software was through our implementation experts support.
The software still needs customization in several areas and definitely needs payment integrations.
As difficult as software evaluation can be, try to see this solution as both an accounting tool as well as inventory control as well as customer management. I've never seen all three at the same time.
