Competera Pricing Platform is a cloud-based pricing software which suits omnichannel enterprise retailers from any industry. By leveraging the blend of machine learning algorithms, math, and business rules, the platform intends to assist retailers make pricing and promo decisions, help with the shopping experience, and manage profit growth. Every customer has access to an individual pricing design and gets support from an account management team, including an account manager, a pricing solutions architect, and customer care managers.
Competera Pricing Platform has four modules:
- Demand-based pricing (pricing engine powered by ML, goal-driven pricing scenarios, real-time pricing recommendations, cannibalization modeling);
- Rule-based pricing (common library of repricing rules, rules customization, team's goal management, sales forecasting);
- Competitive data (product matching, marketplace crawling, competitive analytics);
- Promo optimization (markdown management, promo modeling, cross-selling opportunities, impact measuring).
Other features include: a secure platform; repricing thousands of SKUs from Day 1; managing any number of categories; setting dozens of constraints; creating an individual pricing design; receiving price and promo recommendations based on cross-impact simulations; and, having access to short-term forecasts.
There are two stages of cooperation with Competera Pricing Platform: PoC and Roll-out.

Delonghi group (Delonghi, Kenwood, Braun) is an Italian brand of domestic appliances located in 40 countries. The right price for our product is valuable for our brand. Due to information from Brand Intelligence product I always know the current price of our products so that I can prevent bad tendencies.
I like Competera for solving complicated tasks just in time they promised. For instance, I had a goal to monitor prices from challenging marketplace. I was interested in the report of MAP violations by key positions. I know that was technically difficult task for Competera, and they handled the problem of scanning the complex website.

Any problems are solved in a couple of hours by the tech support team. If I had a specific request on the rules of repricing, I only need ask and it appears on my dashboard.
I love the fact that spreadsheet pricing is dead to me. Since I started using the pricing platform the pricing in Watsons doesn't depend on the human eye, so that I don't worry about mistakes any more.
I'm sure that I can achieve my KPI's and even more. As a result, the revenue of the shop is going up and I can earn more for myself. The thing that I like most about Competera Pricing Platform is the intelligence behind it. This system learns with my customer's behaviour and helps me to develop my whole pricing strategy.
I like almost everything about this software, but it is too expensive. So it is the only thing that I can say that I like least.
