It has been very positive from the beginning. Support has been great as well as my sales manager.

Can be used in multiple locations via server. UPS integration. Accurate inventory control

Inconvenienti

None to speak of. Every program will have it's pluses and minuses. Overall great value for the investment.

Fishbowl Survey

It has the potential to be a really strong entry level MRP if the reporting and label design/printing functions are improved to allow users to create their own reports and labels inside Fishbowl instead of having to bolt on third party software.

Vantaggi

The entry and setup are easy to use. It is a pretty simple MRP.

Inconvenienti

The reporting and label creation/printing capabilities are weak and cumbersome. There is no PLM functionality. It would be nice to setup prototype BOMs and then walk that product through a workflow that saves all of the changes, revisions and approvals throughout the product history.

Integration with our manufacturing process was easy. Purchases, Receiving, Bill of materials and Work Orders fulfilled our needs.

Inconvenienti

Reports provided are too basic, no help documentation to create your own reports. If you need a detailed or custom reports you have to purchase them apart.
