Nothing - it's very difficult to navigate thru the system.
Everything. First of all, the distributor that we used to buy the product has no clue to the capability of the system. Their only tactic is to lower the selling price of the software until you think it's a no brainer to buy. Then the fun begins. At first you start training with the distributor, until you realize that they have no idea how to make this thing work. Then you deal with Infor direct (at a higher hourly rate). You keep going as you think it will eventually work out. Who would think a company could stay in business selling a product that really is not usable in the real world. The biggest problem is that it is so slow, that it takes forever to complete tasks. $100,000+ later (for small companies), you realize that you now have a big right-off for your business. It's now 2 1/2 years since we started this project & we will probably scrap it. The good thing is that we never went live and are still using our old system, which works fine. I've heard of companies that went live & then realized it didn't work. If you care about your time, money & stress level, stay away. BUYER BEWARE.

I'm going, to be honest with you. Infor is horrifying at my job. While it can handle a variety of suites, I just don't have a good thing about it.
We use infor to manage orders and art mockups and requisitions. You are at the complete mercy of your dev team who have to work night and day to even make this thing run. Missing orders, orders shipped out to the wrong places, orders not being dispatched, infor is truly the worst thing I've ever used in my 6 years in sales. It can take up to 60 minutes to even place an order. And you gotta double check it too. Its integration with a website is laughable at best. Buyer beware.
Only a normal benefit you get from buying a cheap software such as accounting, purchasing, and sales administration. While the point we invest in this kind of product are for productivity and efficiency.
Marketing is good, maybe it might be good for mass production company, but for job order based company, the function, flexibility and etc it doesn't work
Software has not running in live situation almost 1-2 years training, adjustment, problem solving, and etc. With this software price, its been the worst investment that our company made.

I really dont enjoy much about working in this software outside of the fact that it gets the job done
Everything is pretty bad with Infor's ERP software (formerly Lawson). Integrations with their own products are never seamless and they still have not figured out mobile capability for their talent acquisition suite
It accomplishes the task of centralizing time and material cost for a project.
Terrible user interface and quirky behavior. It is also very slow. It has added significant time to accomplish the simple task of generating a PO
